Purbachal Site Hub & Mohakhali HQ Experience: 6–8 Years LLB / Civil Engineering / MBA Full Time

Responsible for identifying, vetting, and negotiating strategic land parcels in Purbachal New Town (near Sectors 28 & 30). Leading end-to-end legal title validation (CS, SA, RS, BS, Porcha, Mutation, Non-Encumbrance) and structuring transparent joint-venture agreements with prospective landowners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive title searches and field verifications at Sub-Registry and AC Land offices.
  • Liaise directly with private landowners, families, and commercial entities for long-term JV partnerships.
  • Coordinate boundary demarcation, physical possession handover, and RAJUK structural clearance.
Candidate Requirements:
